As a Sales Account Representative for the D'Etta Sumlin Agency, you are vital to the growth of our business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

Under our training you will:
  • Be trained to market property/casualty, life, and health products
  • Set sales and growth goals 
  • Work hand and hand with upper management and the Agent in order to gain understanding of office logistics 

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Prospect new business and onboard new customers on a month-to-month basis
  • Meet and maintain minimum monthly sales quotas
  • Create and maintain strong customer referral relationships
  • Develop leads and market state farm products and services
  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist clients with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions
  • Maintain a strong work ethic

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Enthusiastic and Self-Motivated
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/sales quotas preferred
  • Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
  • Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
COMPENSATION: $48,000 - $70,000 (Base Salary + Commission) Commission is uncapped, and Growth is inevitable!
